display issue on live site

On my live site, I've lost the white space (margin) around the boxes (ie. catagories, manufacturers, etc) and between the categories box and the 'catalog' line above it.

Any ideas? Thanks!

That worked - The only thing I would add is the last step is to Update Counters > Rebuild Styles, otherwise it looks worse.
