    Default Theme Question

Is there a way to associate a particular page variation with the shop page? For example, I can make child theme pages that are variations of the main vBulletin theme I use. So for each section I can choose a slightly different layout based on any changes I make.

For the shop it seems to adopt the main index page theme page only with no real way to choose a different layout. Am I correct on this assumption and/or is there a way around it?

    Thanks!

    Chad

Do you mean having the shop theme the same as the style vBulletin is using.

Not exactly. It is using the theme from vB. However with vB you can have sections. You can tell each section what 'theme' to use. So you can use multiple themes throughout your site. When you use the CMS and create a section you select what theme you want that section to use based on the themes that you have made available to choose from (by installing more themes making child themes, etc.).

OSC by default uses the main theme, with no way to choose a different one (that I know of anyway.)

The shop has its own stylesheet.css which is in shop/stylesheet.css.

This is the way osCommerce designed it.

We are working on integrating the shop style into vBulletin StyleVars.
