I got a copy that greystoke made for me. If he don't still have a copy of the code, pay him a donation and have him consent for me sending it to you. You do have some edits to put your store specific line in the navbit and page title (displayed on browser tab), but easy to do. I proposed that greystoke put it up for sale last year when he made it for me. Strongly recommended. I will not give it out without his permission, but contact him and see what he says.
