get rid of message when going to SSL pages

We've turned on SSL for the shopping cart and checkout pages but it's not encrypting the entire page. We're getting a warning message that asks if we want to only load the ssl parts or the unsecure portions as well. It looks like everything in the outer VB frame is unsecure and shopping cart is loading secure. Any ideas?

My first thought was to make a separate style that would be used anytime someones on a cart page that way I could turn off my site wide advertising too which is also loading as unsecure.

Looking into this at the moment.
