Upfront - no, I do not maintain any economic ties with ItVault or Greystoke, the developers of vb Shopping Cart Pro . Nor do I often leave testimonials or praise on sites such as this as I feel I have been 'burnt' too many times by developers who claim they can offer the world - only to leave you with badly coded products and even worse support.
It's different here. Much different.
After five years of working intensively with multiple vBulletin installations and other sites I can count the number of developers I truly trust on less than two hands. I happily include Greystoke in that array.
As often happens, our osCommerce Integration didn't pass without a hitch which caused us to turn to Greystoke for support and advise. Where other developers charge quite happily for what's commonly referred to as 'Professional Installation' Greystoke delivered kick-arse support without charging a single penny.
We now start to get our heads around the building of our online shop and, in all honesty, I am confident we'll achieve what we set out to achieve - very much because we know we can rely on support and advise.
As for the product itself: It's what we wanted for the full hundred percent. The investment has proven its worth already.
