All goods shown as “in stock” will be shipped within 24hrs of receiving cleared
payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
All deliveries will be shipped by a Signed For Service where
available.
Deliveries will usually require a signature on receipt.
Once Delivery has been arranged the delivery address cannot be changed.
In the event that you supply an incorrect address in part or in full, and
successful delivery is made (to the incorrect address) we will be unable to do
anything further and you will not qualify for a refund. Therefore, we urge you
to double check your address details before submitting them.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior permission or contact.
Should your purchase be lost or damaged in transit you will be offered a refund
or exchange.
On rare occasions and in the interests of security and for the protection of
genuine customers as well as ourselves we reserve the right to deliver goods
ordered to the card holders billing address even if an alternative address for
delivery has been given.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept your item
back under the following conditions:
Your purchase must be unused.
Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging and include all the
original parts.
You have contacted us in writing or via email prior and we have agreed to accept
your item back.
You will be issued a return code upon doing so.
Should you not adhere to this criteria your return will not be accepted and you
will be liable for all resulting costs of returning the item to you.
