How long it takes that I get a product?

I pay with paypal on 20.12.2012, and I still do not have nothing :(

Hi,

It takes a maximum of 24 hours for the download to be approved.

Your download was approved within 10 minutes of you confirming the verification email.
Download was approved at 20/12/2012 12:28:33 GMT.

You should have received an email saying that the download is now available.

If you go to the shop area http://www.itvault.com/osc_shop.php and then click on the My Account link.
In there you will see your Order. Click on the View Button for the order and you will see the download link in there.

I did not get email that it is active :(
OK, I downloaded and install.

I have a problem with banner in header.

I have in additional.css in templates this in code:

But in shop it is not working :(
